Message	Well are you paying cash? If your gettin a loan it's easy all you have to do is pay the sellers bank for the car and the bank will send you the title. Always make surehow much he acually owes cause he might try to make some bucks. So contact his bank work it out with them. After they get the money they will send you the title. Always deal with the bank when there is a lein on the car.
